A relatively small Chalet of 80 m2 is located in one of the largest international marinas in the Middle East “Marassi Residence” which is the unrivaled coastal destination of Egypt’s north coast. The interior features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 finely crafted bathrooms. The design emphasizes natural materials and earthy tones to evoke a sense of comfort and relaxation, the goal was to maximize space efficiency without compromising aesthetic appeal by blending creativity with functionality. We transformed the unit spaces from single bedroom and bathroom to a two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit.
